• This report is considered null and void of any alternations (S) is/are been made to the documents may very depending on the method of grading , reports is not a guarantee, evolution or an oppraisal characteristics covered in this report. Hence Om diamond and gems laboratory, or any member or its staff, at any time, may not be held responsible for any discrepancy which may result from the application of other grading methods.

• In the event of any claim by the client or any person for the damage to the gems/Jewellary, or resulting directly or indirectly from this report, the liability of Om diamond and gems laboratory shall be limited to the amount of the fee received, in connection with the report.

• This report is governed by Indian judicial system and all manners, dispute or references to the arbitration shall be subjected to the jurisdiction within the Chandigarh only.
